About the Teacher

Spanish Class Resource Teacher

¡Hola!

My name is Ricardo Duran. I have been teaching Spanish at Rainbow Montessori for almost two years now. I grew up with Spanish being my main language and I have spent many years exploring the culture and history of the Yucatan peninsula. I have a degree in Social & Behavioral Science, which I try to put together with language learning.

I find working with kids to be fun, engaging and inspiring. I try to make the Spanish class room a fun environment to learn in. Art, singing/chanting and games are some of my favorite tools for teaching.

I hope to leave a positive impact on all students and I look forward to working with them on this adventure.
